Shiatsu massage

Shiatsu is a Japanese term which literally means "press with the fingers". Shiatsu is beneficial even if you are not sick. It can be a pleasant way to relax and come to rest - have a moment just to yourself. Shiatsu is about balancing the whole body and regular treatments help to maintain this balance.

 

Method

The shiatsu therapist applies pressure to certain points of the body (through the clothing) and in this way influences the flow of energy (chi) in the channels and the self-healing capacity of the body.

 

Result

Shiatsu stimulates the circulation, improves the overall vitality, relaxes and balances body, mind and soul.
